Q. Do you have an email address?
A. We have email capability, but due to our location within the beautiful landscape of Weston Park we have no broadband and internet coverage is limited.  We have an online contacts form on the site, which is monitored at least every 24hrs.  So for an immediate response please call 01603 872335.

Q. What clothing am I best to wear for my appointment?
A. When we carry out the examination of the problem area, dependant on the condition this usually means undressing down to underwear (if you would be more comfortable please bring along a pair of shorts to wear).  This is necessary so we can see how the body moves and what particular muscles or joints are restricted and causing your problem.

Q. What kind of questions might you ask me?
A. We will ask questions about the problem; how and when it started, how it is behaving, if you are taking any medication (and if it is helping), what you think may have caused it, is it preventing you from doing any activities or sleeping, what you can and cannot do because of this problem. This questioning gives us an indication of what particular type of structure is causing the problem and also whether we have to be gentle with you because the tissues affected are very sensitised.

A.  Your first appointment will be 45 mins, you will be assessed by a physiotherapist where you can ask questions if you wish, in the same session this will be followed by a treatment.  Follow on treatments are usually 30 minutes.
